On April 1, 2024, the regular change of the EPO fee system takes place. This time the EPO has announced to reduce all main fees for micro-entities in the patent grant procedure by 30 %, provided that these entities have filed fewer than 5 applications within the last five years.

We say 'congratulations' to our long-term client EsoCap AG for a great success. According to EsoCap, they have reached "Positive topline results from ACESO Phase II trial investigating ESO-101 in eosinophilic esophagitis".
