Our partners Dr. Mathias Ricker and Dr. Erich Fritsche as well as our founding partner Dr. Michael Wallinger have once again been awarded. 

The current issue of Mitteilungen der deutschen Patentanwälte (Issue 6/2026) features an article by Patent Attorney Dr. Michael Wallinger. Entitled “Unified Patent Court – November 2025 to April 2026”, the article provides an overview of recent case law of the Unified Patent Court.

The German Chamber of Patent Attorneys granted Dr. Markus Horn admission as a German Patent Attorney on 18 June 2026. He is therefore authorized to practice as a German Patent Attorney.
