Michael Wallinger on the UPC case law in the German Patent Attorneys' Bulletin

The December issue of the German Patent Attorneys' Bulletin (Mitteilungen der deutschen Patentanwälte) features another – now the fifth – edition of summaries of decisions by the Unified Patent Court (UPC) written by our founding partner Dr. Michael Wallinger.

The article (in German) covers the period from May to October 2025. The publications are issued by the Board of the German Patent Attorneys Association and are available from the publisher Wolters Kluwer.
