After passing the exam, for which we would like to congratulate him once again, our member Dr. Lukas Müller has been admitted as a patent attorney on February 29th this year.

On April 1, 2024, the regular change of the EPO fee system takes place. This time the EPO has announced to reduce all main fees for micro-entities in the patent grant procedure by 30 %, provided that these entities have filed fewer than 5 applications within the last five years.

We say 'congratulations' to our long-term client EsoCap AG for a great success. According to EsoCap, they have reached "Positive topline results from ACESO Phase II trial investigating ESO-101 in eosinophilic esophagitis".
