Dr. rer. nat. Dieter Olpp

Dr. Dieter Olpp has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2009 and is admitted as a German Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, and European Trademark and Design Attorney. Prior to that, he worked for many years in industrial research and development in the field of information and communications technology.

Dr. Olpp is involved in all patent law activities such as new applications and grant proceedings, opposition proceedings, patent nullity proceedings, and patent infringement proceedings.

At Wallinger Ricker Schlotter Tostmann, Dr. Olpp has worked for clients in the fields of plant engineering, machine tools, packaging technology, optical measurement technology, bicycle technology, and automotive engineering, among others.

Dr. Olpp is himself an inventor or co-inventor of numerous inventions which have led to successful patent applications and patents.

During his studies and doctorate, Dr. Olpp was a scholarship holder of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.
